Skylynn currently ships products only within India. International orders are not supported at this time.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Timelines

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, destination pin code, and selected shipping method. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing a tracking ID and a link to track the delivery status. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
6. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Incorrect Address: Customers are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Skylynn shall not be held liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Loss or Damage: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@skylynn.co.in within 7 days of expected delivery. We will assist with filing a claim or sending a replacement.
7. In-Store Pickup
